Tier 1 Overview

 

Tier 1 provides refined, non-intimate companionship for up to three (3) hours per arranged meeting. This tier is designed for elegant social experiences such as dinners, theater outings, gallery visits, coffee meetings, or similar public/cultural engagements.

 

Important:** This tier explicitly excludes any form of sexual contact, intimacy, or private bedroom activities.

Core Rules and Boundaries

 

1. Time Allocation 

Maximum 3 hours per meeting (including travel time within the agreed location).- Meetings must start and end at the pre-agreed time.- Extensions beyond 3 hours are not permitted in Tier 1. Upgrading to a higher tier is required for longer arrangements.

 

2. Allowed Activities

Dinner, lunch, or drinks in public venues- Theater, opera, concerts, or cultural events- Art gallery or museum visits- Walks in public parks or city exploration- Coffee or light social meetings- Other sophisticated, public, or semi-public outings**

 

3. Strictly Prohibited

Any sexual contact, touching of an intimate nature, or sexual conversation- Requests to visit private residences or hotel rooms- Any form of overnight stay- Excessive alcohol consumption that impairs judgment- Photos or recordings without explicit prior consent- Discussion of higher-tier services during the meeting**

 

4. Conduct Expectations

Both parties agree to maintain respectful, courteous, and elegant behavior.- The client must treat the companion with dignity and professionalism at all times.- Dress code: Smart elegant / formal attire appropriate for the chosen activity.- The companion reserves the right to end the meeting early if boundaries are disrespected, with no refund for the remaining time.**

 

5. Booking & Scheduling

All arrangements must be booked and confirmed through the Exquisite Encounters platform at least 48 hours in advance.- Meeting details (time, location, activity) must be mutually agreed upon.- A clear itinerary is recommended for Tier 1 meetings.**

 

6. Safety & Discretion

All Tier 1 meetings must take place in public or well-populated venues.- The companion may share real-time location with a trusted contact.- Both parties agree to absolute discretion regarding the arrangement.- Emergency termination option available to the companion at any time.**

 

7. Compensation

Covered by your Monthly Tier 1 Sustaining Benefaction - No additional per-meeting payment is required for standard 3-hour Tier 1 arrangements.- Last-minute cancellations by the client may result in the time being counted against monthly allowance.**

 

8. Monthly Limits

Up to 2 Tier 1 meetings per month (subject to availability).- Unused time does not roll over.
